Recently there have been a number of scam emails being sent to NCTC.NET customers supposedly from NCTC. These emails say that you need to go to a website and fill out your email address and password or bad stuff will happen. These emails are hoaxes and should be deleted immediately.  NCTC, nor any other responsible entity will NEVER ask you to provide or verify your password in an email or on a website form.  If we need to obtain or verify your password we will do so over the phone with an authorized representative.
